My Chihuahua Box is a unique subscription box that delivers a variety of specially selected goodies for you and your chihuahua each month for. Each box contains sixitems including trendy fashion accessories for your chihuahua, yummy treats from healthy brands, exciting toys and of course gifts for chihuahua parents too. Depending on the theme we will also occasionally include grooming products, dog homeware and other exciting items to keep tails wagging! You can add an outfit for just £9.99.

How much is it?

My Chihuahua Box is £25.99 monthly or £19.99 per box with our 3 month subscriptions.

Shipping is £3.50 to the UK, £8 to the EU, £10 to the US and £12 to the rest of the world.

There are so many different ways to keep your pup looking fly and we are always on the lookout for accessories that deliver quality and comfort while making your chihuahua look the absolute business! Bow ties, bandanas, socks, hats, scarves, booties you name it. 

How do I add an outfit to my box?

Does your fur baby love clothes? You have the option to add a fabulous outfit from our shop to your box for just £9.99.

Shipping

When will I get my box?

Our boxes ship around the 4th of each month and the cut off date is the last day of the previous month. So if you subscribe anytime from the 1st to the 31st of January, your box will ship on 4 February and so on.

How much is shipping?

We charge a flat rate of £3.50 for UK shipping. Shipping to other countries is £8 to the EU, £10 to the US and £12 to the rest of the world. Please note that the customer is liable for any custom duties that may occur. 

Billing

When will I be billed?

First orders are billed immediately, and subsequently you will be billed on the 11th of each following month or every three months for the 3 month subscription.

Can I cancel my order/subscriptions?

Yes you can cancel or pause your subscription at any time. If you would like to cancel your automatic payments, please notify us before your next payment goes out on the 11th of the month. If you have notified us on or after this date, your box will still be sent and payment will still be automatically collected for that month, however, we will cancel your subscription immediately for the following month.
